ORDER AND DELIVERY
We usually process orders the next business day.*
Usually, deliveries take 1-3 business days.
Deliveries in Finland are handled by Posti.

PAYMENT METHODS
Pay securely with Shopify Payments.
We accept the most common credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
RIGHT OF RETURN
You can return the products you ordered within 14 days of receipt.
Before returning, send an email to Info@printnordica.com with return as the subject. You will receive return instructions in the reply message. Put the order information in the message.
Please note that the products must be unused and salable. Also include all the campaign and store managers.
The payment will be returned to the original payment method when we have received and accepted the return.
COMPLAINT
Complaints in situations where the product arrives defective or broken, send an email to Info@printnordica.com with Complaint as the subject.

CUSTOM ORDERS
We also make custom orders based on the customer's wishes.
You can request changes to the current product or your own product entirely.

Custom orders are subject to case-by-case pricing and are charged before production.
Custom orders do not have the right to exchange or return.
